  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
  • Gift cards or store credits (if applicable).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A complete unboxing video showing the parcel being opened

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A replacement with a similar product,
  • Store credit, or
  • A refund (if applicable).

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a customer preference (such as changing your mind), return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is approved because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Silver Street will arrange the return or bear the applicable return shipping cost.
